We have been providing knitwear to clients in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Japan for over 25 years. We carefully review every order shipped and guarantee that you will receive exactly what you paid for. We will include a copy of your order form with the documents that accompany your package so that you can review the items shipped. We will not refund any returned item, because we guarantee quality at the time of packaging and dispatch. 

-  Orders will be shipped via reliable carriers to the address you provide within 48 hours of receipt of payment. 

- All orders under US $ 200.00 include shipping costs to your door. 

- For orders over US $ 200.00 and bulk orders, please call or email us to coordinate terms. These orders must be accompanied by a 50% deposit .
The balance will be paid on delivery including shipping .

- You can choose the items to be shipped via the Post Office (EMS) or a courier, such as 

- Orders over US $ 200.00 will receive a discount of 15% to 20%. 

- Deliveries are made within 30 days. 

- We include all shipping costs and documentation for your package.

-  We are not responsible for any customs charges to be paid in your country.  

- If you are not available to receive your package, the Courrier will try to contact you once more within the next 5 days to arrange another delivery date. Failing that, the order will be returned to our store. In case of ordering the item (s) again, you will have to reimburse all additional costs incurred. 

- Please open the package in the presence of the Courrier, if the product is damaged please check if it is the fault of the Courier and return it to the Courrier. If it is our fault (insufficient packaging), please keep the package and contact us within 24 hours.
